Responsibilities
* Case Installation configuration and maintenance for Facets set up and member data entry * Billing set up, structure revisions, researching and resolving structure issues, database loading, and preparation * May research installation issues and develop customer specific resolutions including auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards * Test contract installations/implementations to ensure successful operation prior to their implementation/deployment * Enter and review testing for projects and Facets system upgrades * Documentation of configuration, training materials, flows, quality assurance tasks * Maintain professional presentation and ability to keep information confidential * Demonstrate understanding of relevant software applications (e.g., FACETS, SharePoint; Outlook; Excel; Word; Visio; MS Project; Access) * Enter relevant data (e.g. Member information codes; benefits changes; new information) into customer documents based on design specifications * Provide test results to relevant internal partners in order to facilitate needed corrections/clarifications * Partner with system Analysts and other members of project team to provide training solutions, identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues
Ideal Candidate
**Required Qualifications:** * High School Diploma or GED * Proficiency with MS Suite of products: Word - creating and editing documents, Excel - knowledge of formulas and VLOOKUP, and Access - knowledge of database and how to format information * 1 + year of experience in Customer Service **Preferred Qualifications:** * Healthcare experience * 6+ months of experience with Case Installation * 1+ years of experience with FACETS Application * Soft Skills: * Proven to be proactive, self- motivated, detailed oriented, and work with minimal supervision or support * Demonstrate effective time management skills to effectively plan, organize, set priorities, meet deadlines and handle multiple work assignments * Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize caseload based on business needs as well as ability and willingness to accept and work in a new and changing environment **Physical Requirements and Work Environment:** * Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, and long periods working at a computer * Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity
