Summary
As a customer care specialist for customer support you will: directly respond to questions, handle issues and provide guidance on transactions, inquiries or complaints from both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
* Receive, document and resolve customer inquiries by using established best practices * Build lasting relationships with Humana’s customers * Educate customers, providers and employers about Humana’s products and services both over the telephone and through face-to-face briefings
Ideal Candidate
**Role Essentials** * High School Diploma or equivalent * Previous call center experience * Good typing and data entry skills * Capacity to maintain confidentiality **Role Desirables** * Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree * Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting * Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
