Summary

We are currently seeking an Administrative Support for our corporate headquarters. Data entry of employee hours and processing of weekly payroll

Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain records of employee expense reports
  • Process all new-hire and termination paperwork
  • Manage and secure all employee confidential personnel files
  • Send employment offer letters
  • Initiate background investigation requests. Conduct reference checks if needed.
  • Recruiting
  • Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and overall front desk support
  • Support office staff with special projects and other administrative duties as needed.
  • Track and follow-up with employees for HR required paperwork and review for accuracy.
  • Assist with annual Benefits Enrollment and other Company related activities.
  • Ensure all posted compliance material is up to date
Ideal Candidate
  • Knowledge of basic Human Resources procedures.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive or private information with complete confidentiality and tact.
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and follow-up with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong Microsoft Office applications experience, including Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
  • Strong understanding of payroll and employee forms processing
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in an Administrative and/or HR role.
  • 2-3 years experience with payroll processing
  • High School Diploma / GED required. Associates/ Bachelors Degree within field preferred but not required.

Compensation and Working Conditions
Hourly Pay $14 - $16
