Summary
We are currently seeking an Administrative Support for our corporate headquarters. Data entry of employee hours and processing of weekly payroll
Responsibilities
* Process and maintain records of employee expense reports * Process all new-hire and termination paperwork * Manage and secure all employee confidential personnel files * Send employment offer letters * Initiate background investigation requests. Conduct reference checks if needed. * Recruiting * Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and overall front desk support * Support office staff with special projects and other administrative duties as needed. * Track and follow-up with employees for HR required paperwork and review for accuracy. * Assist with annual Benefits Enrollment and other Company related activities. * Ensure all posted compliance material is up to date
Ideal Candidate
* Knowledge of basic Human Resources procedures. * Professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive or private information with complete confidentiality and tact. * Strong written and verbal skills * Attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent customer service skills and follow-up with a sense of urgency. * Strong Microsoft Office applications experience, including Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. * Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds * Strong understanding of payroll and employee forms processing * Strong organizational and interpersonal skills * Must have excellent written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills **Experience and Education Requirements:** * A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in an Administrative and/or HR role. * 2-3 years experience with payroll processing * High School Diploma / GED required. Associates/ Bachelors Degree within field preferred but not required. **Please do not apply if you are any of the below:** * Not a self-motivator * Have no experience in this field. * Do not want to work hard * Not a team player. * Have a bad attitude * Not willing to learn
Compensation and Working Conditions
Hourly Pay $14 - $16
