* Responsibilities include input to project planning and administration, scoping, determining and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, developing and executing test plans and scripts, conducting acceptance testing, streamlining and improving current processes.
* Will serve as the primary point of contact for SAP HCM Compensation, Time, Benefits & Payroll projects and system support, acting as a liaison between users, IT teams and third parties; collaborate with all to effectively prioritize and execute projects and system support.
* Act as subject matter expert on SAP HCM technology solutions within Compensation, Time, Benefits, and Payroll and related business processes within SAP HCM lines of business and providing system and data support for business process execution.
* Assist in developing updated delivery standards for BTHR organization, including refined processes to gather business requirements, updated testing strategies, and enhanced business readiness approaches.
* Recommend plans for continued process improvements, system enhancements and new applications to support business strategies and operational needs.
* Maintains, updates, and configures the enterprise SAP HCM system platform.
* Debugs ABAP stack to find root cause of SAP HCM issues
* Partners with third party vendors for interface support, design, and implementation.
* Manages, monitors & troubleshoots issues with SAP interfaces.
* Monitor/Modify/Support integration with legacy Payroll Systems
* Responsible for managing relationship between HCM and Payroll teams
* Responsible for oversight on notifications, evaluations, tracking and reporting.
* Provides Level 2/3 support on SAP HCM modules to end users—responds to Remedy tickets
* Participate in SAP HCM implementation projects by providing support to requirement gathering and documentation, business process mapping and redesign, data conversions, system configurations, testing, deployment, cutover coordination, training and system post go live stabilization
* Under the direction of Project Manager/BT-HR Manager, partner with other team members to manage the delivery of small HR systems projects including, release updates, configuration changes and functionality deployment (including configuration, testing, documentation, peer review, sign off, training, change management, etc.)
* Proactively identifies and reports risks, issues and dependencies of assigned tasks/ project.
* Assists the Customer Service Group (CSG) and Business Analysts in the research, classification and resolution of tickets.
* Works with business organization to analyze root causes for problems.
* Develops alternative solutions to a problem, evaluates each solution, and then recommends the best alternative based on the technical and business impacts.
* Assists with the development of user documentation.
* Provides training and mentoring to other analysts.
· Provides after hours support as required.
