Summary
This position will support the compensation team in by providing analytical support for corporate level compensation projects and programs, such as the annual salary merit process, bonus planning process, compensation benchmarking and pay structure analysis.
Responsibilities
**Business** * Participate in, submit data, and organize results related to market compensation surveys to assist with ongoing analyses and projects * Assist in the administration of compensation programs – salary merit process, bonus plan, long-term incentive plans, and deferred compensation plans, including involvement in compensation system testing and user training; and drafting guidelines and instructions * Research and lead initiatives to investigate and improve data integrity to assist members of the compensation team in conducting summary pay analysis * Research compensation issues and disputes and provide analysis to facilitate resolution * Partner with HRIS and Payroll on compensation related systems, processes, and practices * Partner on ongoing reporting and analysis for the Company’s global mobility and long-term incentive program, including coordinating with external vendor with a focus on customer service **Agility and Innovation** * Support ongoing improvement of Compensation and HR practices, processes and systems, suggesting potential changes when appropriate * Partner with other members of the compensation team on a variety of special projects **Relationships and People** * Serve as a point of contact for global locations and HR Generalists to provide information and resources to assist in the developing solutions to questions and issues * Promote opportunities to use Compensation metrics to create dialogue, generate deeper insights, and drive action in critical areas * Provide coaching and support to HR business partners and Compensation professionals throughout the global business. In particular, help them utilize the HR information system to generate metrics and help them analyze data to generate insights and inform decisions
Ideal Candidate
**Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Organizational Development, Statistics or other quantitative disciplines * A minimum of 1 year in a Compensation, HR or Finance role with specific compensation experience in a corporate or consulting environment highly preferred * Must have strong analytical skills around Global Compensation (i.e. Bonues, Executive Pay Analysis, Incentive Plans, Deferred Compensation Plans, etc) * Technical knowledge of compensation practices, theories and regulations; and progression towards CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) a plus * Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; as well as experience within Workday preferred or similar ERP Systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle/PeopleSoft or ADP-EV5) **Desired behavior, personal attributes, (Success Drivers and Competencies):** * Ability to analyze complex problems and draw conclusions form data * Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, and demonstrate a willingness to work as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Ability to maintain confidentially * High detail orientation with emphasis on accuracy * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize work effectively and follow up when needed to drive completion of projects * Ability to engage in team projects and actively participate in team meetings
