Summary
The ARYTZA Senior Compensation Analyst will provide day-to-day support and analysis on all reward programs for North America. The Sr. Compensation Analyst will collaborate with HR Partners and Business Leaders, in driving our vision for reward programs that drive performance. This position reports to the DVP, Total Rewards, and plays a critical role in ensuring the design, analysis, administration, and communication of ARYTZA compensation programs, aligns with our overall philosophy. Responsibilities include day-to-day compensation administration, including job evaluation, grading, benchmarking, participation in annual surveys, annual administration of merit and bonus programs, and other ancillary compensation programs.
Responsibilities
* Designs, evaluates, and modifies compensation policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with internal- and external-legal requirement * Administers the annual salary planning and bonus program process * Provides assistance in reviews, comparative studies, and recommendations for employee compensation programs during mergers and acquisitions activities * Determines appropriate job classification and slary range through consulting with management on job specifications and requirements, and independently evaluating new and revised position descriptions * Participates in and uses published surveys in evaluating jobs for market comparisons * Administers auto allowance policies and other ancillary compensation programs
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS degree in HR or Business Administration * Minimum of 3 years related experience (i.e., development, implementation, and communication of compensation and/or total rewards programs at corp./global level) * Project management experience with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency * Ability to manipulate large data sets while maintaining data integrity * Ability to create automated tools and/or models to enhance analysis in support of compensation program design * Self-starter who can collaborate as a team member and work independently * Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
