Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Austin recruiting team. The role includes all stages of the recruitment and selection lifecycle; working with managers to open hiring requests, working with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews, scheduling travel as needed, greeting candidates, giving candidates tours of the office, and ensuring paperwork is in order for offers. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for all recruiting record keeping, creating and maintaining recruiting spreadsheets, managing the applicant tracking system and HRIS software.
Responsibilities
* Develop first class candidate experience during the recruitment process to day one/onboarding * Organize interviews, book interview rooms, make travel arrangements and schedule interviews in the relevant calendars * Generate Offer Letters * Ensure the required collection of documents for the creation of compliant HR files * Track referral bonus eligibility * Submit background checks for processing * Partner with HR Coordinator to eVerify new hires * Assist with Branding events, Open Houses and Job Fairs * Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Ideal Candidate
**Education and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * 3 + years experience in recruiting administration * Previous familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred (we use Jobvite) * Strong MS Office and Google Suite **You are:** * Highly organized * Able to prioritize * An excellent communicator, both written and verbal * Have a very strong sense of ownership * A Team player who enjoys an open working environment * Your attention to detail is borderline obsessive * Experience in the technology industry or other fast paced environment
