Summary
HR Representative with strong staffing skills working primarily 1st shift hours. Some Saturdays required.
Responsibilities
* Identify job candidates for hourly positions. * Develop sourcing techniques. * Conduct telephone and in person interviews * Facilitate the hiring process and ensure company goals are met. * Coordinate logistics for interviews as well as other HR activities * Utilize Workday HRIS system on a regular basis as part of the position. * Create HR reports and metrics using intermediate Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, Word, and Powerpoint. * Create strategies to decrease employee turnover * Design, deliver, and develop training programs. * Conduct employee exit interviews. * Manage employee job postings to ensure compliance. * Manage various HR projects and assignments. * Train supervisors on interviewing techniques and other aspects of recruiting/effective hiring. * Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Ideal Candidate
**Minimum Skill Levels and Work Experience** * Bi-lingual. * Minimum of 3 years professional work experience * Knowledge of employment and labor laws including HIPPA, EEO, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, etc. * Strong written and oral communication skills * Strong general computer knowledge and skills * Strong planning, organization, and logistics skills * Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and independent thinking skills * Follow-up and attention to detail required * Superior proofreading, editing, and written communication skills * Previous experience with behavioral based interviewing **Preferred Skill Levels and Work Experience** Bachelor's degree or HR Certification strongly preferred
