Recruiting Coordinator

- Manage the recruiting calendar and edit calendar changes as they occur
- Source and prospect highly qualified talent for various positions in support of recruiting efforts
- Track and schedule candidates for their 1st and 2nd round interviews via phone, in-person or video conference using our internal applicant tracking system – Jobvite (changing to Lever)
- Liaise with outside vendors on managing and scheduling their candidate pool
- Generate offer letters and handle turndown calls and emails
- Process necessary paperwork for on-boarding new hires into the applicant tracking system
- Handle the pre-employment process – track candidate offers, acceptances and start dates
- Coordinate with recruiters on candidates, hiring needs.. etc.
- Handle all ad-hoc projects
- Self-motivated, driven to succeed no matter what the challenge, collaborative, passionate about building successful teams, curious, creative, and have a strong desire to learn and grow!
- Experience in a recruiting coordinator role – online media/digital or technology experience a plus
- Strong project management and follow up skills
- Proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in a highly competitive space preferred
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while prioritizing multiple functions and managing time efficiently
- Experience with HRIS systems Workday and ATS systems Lever and JobVite a plus and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree required
