Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for the implementation of staffing strategies in order to attract and deliver high caliber talent. This individual will be part of a team that is developing leading-edge methods to build a diverse talent network while overseeing and driving internal and external recruitment efforts. This individual should thrive in a high volume, fast paced, dead-line driven environment.
Responsibilities
* Drive the recruiting life cycle including sourcing resumes, conducting phone screens, tracking candidates in ATS, coordinating interview schedules and logistics, conducting post-interview calibration meetings, presenting offer packages and onboarding * Consult with business leaders and client groups to gain a clear understanding of their recruitment needs * Coordinate a structured interview process to ensure candidates are interviewed in a timely fashion and that feedback is collected and all candidates are given an exceptional candidate experience regardless of hiring decision * Monitor and adjudicate pre-employment background checks * Completes administrative tasks in our HRIS system including entering new hire information, transfers, conversions and re-hires with high attention to detail and accuracy * Represent GreatCall, Inc. at external events with the expectation of advertising GreatCall, Inc. as an “Employer of Choice” * Serve as employment brand ambassador for both internal and external customers and seeks ways to proactively promote and leverage employment brand within and outside the organization * Ensure all internal and referral applicants are guided through the recruitment process with the highest level of customer servic * Participate in projects and initiates as related to Talent Acquisition and overall HR team strategies and goals * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
**Education:** Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience **Experience:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting role required, preferably in a high volume call center or retail environment * Prior experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels preferred * Prior experience collaborating in a team environment that is fast paced and ever changing **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:** * Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Taleo * Knowledge of general human resources disciplines including employee relations, performance management, federal and state employment laws, payroll and benefits, recruitment, and organizational development **Personal Attributes** * Talent Acquisition skills * Detail oriented, resourceful and able to multi-task * Ability to plan tasks and projects effectively * Ability to deal with ambiguity * Time management skills * Client focused * Verbal and written communication skills * Team player with ability to develop positive working relationships with peers
