Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for providing staffing services to Rakuten Marketing leaders. Along with the Recruiting team, the Recruiter will post jobs, screen resumes and guide hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment and interview process. Using your excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, the Recruiter will provide full lifecycle recruiting support to help Rakuten Marketing find the best talent in the industry and assist in growing our expanding team!
Responsibilities
* Source and screen candidates for Technology & Non-technology positions within Rakuten Marketing * Build and maintain a network of potential candidates * Review resumes and access candidate’s skills, experience and knowledge in relation to the position * Leverage recruiting resources and in house Applicant Tracking System to identify and recruit quality talent as well as maintain all pertinent candidate and interview data * Manage and coordinate all correspondence with candidates * Conduct telephone interviews to further qualify candidates * Manage correspondence with candidates including the scheduling and logistics of all interviews with Rakuten Marketing employees * Manage the administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting * Lead debrief discussions and guide interview team to reach a hiring decision * Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members to create a partnership that yields success and credibility as well as an efficient and effective execution of hiring plans * Facilitate background and reference checks on selected candidates * Assist HR team with various projects and perform other duties as needed
Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years of recruiting experience. Experience can be in-house or from an agency * Experience with both Technology and Non-Technology Recruiting * Excellent organization and time-management skills as well as the ability to multitask and handle a fast paced and ever-changing environment * Ability to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible. Having a “go with the flow” attitude * Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills as well as attention to detail * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent follow-up skills is a must * Ability to adapt to new systems and processes * Proficiency with the MS Office Suite. Experience using an ATS is a + (even better if you’ve used Taleo & Workday) * Commitment to confidentiality and diplomacy * An interest in online marketing, (if you enjoy shopping online, that’s a +) * Bachelor’s degree
