Summary
The Human Resources Intern will assist the HR Department with special projects related to Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and communication related to HR guidelines/processes. At the beginning of the internship, you will be assigned a project that is relevant to your field of study to work on during your tenure with us. At the end of the internship, you will be asked to deliver a presentation to peers and business leaders summarizing your work at GreatCall. While working at GreatCall, you will be able to take full advantage of the many on-site features including a gym, fitness area for Functional Fitness and/or yoga, learning and development classes, and other exciting employee events.
Responsibilities
* Document assigned HR related processes * Attend HR meetings as needed * Conduct research related to high performance culture and employee engagement initiatives * Provide administrative support for ongoing HR * Positively interact with employees across the organization * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
**Education:** Currently enrolled in a bachelors or master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Candidates must have completed at least sophomore year of bachelor’s program. **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:** * Highly detail oriented and able to maintain confidentiality * Customer focused – positive interactions with others * Strong communication skills (written & verbal) * Strong analytical skills and problem solver * Motivated and self-starter * Intermediate level skills of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)

Working Conditions

Schedule: Start date options for summer internship are June 5, 2017 or June 19, 2017 for an eight-week continuous program. Standard M-F 8:30 – 5:30 schedule.
