Summary
As a member of the Innovations Group you are managing in your role as Partner Program Genesys Partners and help them succeeding in selling their applications on Genesys Enterprise Marketplace AppFoundry. You will work closely together with the entire Genesys Innovations Team, especially the Technology Partnership Management and Developer Enablement Team. In your role, you communicate extensively with external parties and assure that Genesys needs are being represented in front of the partner, while assuring that all Partner desires are being reflected in the communications between Genesys and the Partner. You will be managing the enterprise marketplace and will get especially familiar with all details of Genesys’ AppFoundry partnership & royalty reporting model.
Responsibilities
In your role as Partner Program Manager you take care of the well-being of Genesys’ valued Technology and AppFoundry Partners. In your daily work, you will get in contact with a variety of manifold tasks and challenges. * AppFoundry Management and Application Publishing * Manage new Partner Onboarding process * Contract Management * Connecting Genesys Sales & Partners * Verify AppFoundry Applications & track changes * Manage marketing communication chain for each application * Genesys Partners & Friends webinar planning and execution * Partner event participation planning & sponsorship planning * (Co-)author blog posts * Plan & host internal & external webinars * Manage e-mail and webinar marketing campaigns * Manage royalty reporting
Ideal Candidate
* Education background in Business Administration and/or Marketing * Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Excellent communication skills (fluent English, written and spoken) * Excellent teamwork skills are required * Experience with Microsoft Office applications * Experience with Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Acrobat is a plus * Experience with Salesforce.com, Wordpress and Marketo is a plus * Demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning and innovative thinking
