Want to break into a role where you will own the overall online brand experience and management of key online marketing initiatives? We are looking for an experienced web developer, with a passion for marketing, to take the lead managing our corporate website and customer control panels. This high-visibility position will own the website as a marketing and lead generation tool as well as a communication vehicle for our brand. The ideal candidate is someone with a balanced mix of design, online marketing expertise and technical acumen. * Leverage knowledge and best practices in website management and marketing to optimize Hostway.com as a best in class lead generator for the organization. Includes ability to make recommendations and improvements based on analytics. * Advise and engage with the Corporate Marketing team to design and execute highly effective campaigns - involving high-impact landing pages, A|B test methodologies, etc. * Integrate web properties with APIs and tracking systems such as Google Adwords / Analytics, SalesForce.com, Hubspot, and Marketo. * Work collaboratively with Marketing to help maximize lead flow and conversion, while maintaining best in class site UX. * Proactively identify, assess and integrate new web technologies into the Hostway WordPress site, continually looking for ways to improve our online presence. * Collaborate with senior staff members in marketing and throughout the organization to define the visual brand identity for Hostway’s small business properties. * Execute the development and implementation of new website and control panel skins, layouts, and architecture. * Translate visual mockups into functional websites and user interfaces. * Own the overall system and application architecture for corporate web properties. * Select and implement third party tools and applications such as WordPress where needed. * Monitor overall site health and uptime based on key metric tracking/reporting best practices, proactively identify and rectify issues.

* 5+ years experience in WordPress and HTML site development and ongoing site management. * Experience managing a marketing focused website (client or agency side) * Experience supporting Marketing campaigns (landing page development, tracking, etc). * Experience setting integrating with third-party API’s * Experience building responsive sites and mobile optimized sites. * Experience collaborating with graphic designers, copywriters and other Marketing personnel to deliver a compelling online experience. * Strong background in WordPress, PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. Experience with version control systems, workflow automation tools (Gulp/Grunt), and other languages a plus. * Able to effectively operate in a matrix organization, collaborating with people and resources from multiple areas of the company. * Ability to multi-task and prioritize, managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience in a continuous improvement/Agile environment a plus. * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively to get things done. * Strong work ethic with a “can do” attitude, but enjoys having a good time and doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
