Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the management and execution of a strategic marketing plan to build brand awareness and drive growth of the company’s membership base. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing campaigns that communicate Indagare’s value proposition through strategic partnership programs, social media and digital marketing efforts. We are looking for results driven person with strong experience in growing luxury brands. This individual will provide strategic expertise but will share the team’s hands on, “start-up” mentality. This position will report to two roles: President and Creative Director.
Responsibilities
* Develop and own execution of marketing strategy that supports company’s objectives to raise awareness, drive membership and achieve revenue targets (monthly campaigns, etc.) * Monitor market research, competitor analysis, and travel trends to effectively position Indagare as the leader in high-end travel * Work with the membership team to develop strategic partnerships and packages * Serve as project manager for partner programs and marketing initiatives * Work with Creative Director to create promotional and marketing materials for the company including digital copy, e-blasts, ads, partner collateral * Work with Editorial team to identify monthly promotable content and how to integrate in social media content * Increase social media footprint across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest through synergizing content and executing campaigns. * Collaborate with editorial team to develop social media calendar and on content creation * Oversee Facebook content including monitoring of responses (customer service, travel requests,) * Develop Pinterest presence inclusive of curating content, pinning and copy writing, spearheading collaborative campaigns * Social media monthly reporting inclusive of analytics and key trending content * Monitor campaigns and create reporting to make recommendations to leadership * Identify and engage partners, hotels and sponsors to host sweepstakes to build mailing list and sponsor member events * Assist in the identification and penetration of new geographic markets to grow awareness and membership
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree required. Marketing, PR, and/or communications degree highly preferred. * 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the luxury segment * Creative and analytical thinker who possesses track record of creating and managing integrated campaigns for branding, events, social media and PR * Ability to understand nuances of amalgamating new digital and social media campaigns with traditional brand strategies * Proven track record of driving customer growth analytical thinker * Deep understanding of the luxury consumer and market trends * Excellent communications skills * Digital Marketing experience and track record in developing successful campaigns * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Acrobat, and Internet Software. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress a plus * Experience with customer relationship management software (Salesforce experience highly preferred) * Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a team and work in a fast paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial, high performance environment * Detail oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills
