Summary
Magnetic’s Marketing Manager of Digital and Operations is a key position responsible for optimizing our digital and demand generation campaigns, database and Marketo/Salesforce.com processes. You will report directly into the Senior Manager, Digital and Demand Generation and will be supporting digital, demand generation and client marketing efforts by setting up end-to-end processes including the planning, execution and deep-dive reporting of campaigns including ROI analytics and metrics for strategic decision-making.The goal of this position is to increase integrated marketing efficiency across digital and demand generation. You will be responsible for reinforcing marketing decisions with planning, data accuracy, metrics, process and best practices via end-to-end marketing optimization. Responsibilities
* Support digital programs through execution of cross-channel campaigns spanning search (paid & earned), display, paid social, and sponsorships * Contribute to website development and layout, including website management (updates, new pages, SEO, etc.) * Derive insights and analysis of paid media efforts to inform larger team of key trends * Create emails, landing pages, forms, lists, workflows and reports in marketing automation tool * Assist in the creation of nurture programs including writing, implementing and analyzing * Own the database, including data cleansing, augmentation, and normalization. Responsible for growing the marketable database * Track ongoing marketing metrics, including digital and lead generation campaigns, effectiveness, event ROI, engagement levels and pipeline advancement * Support marketing campaigns with effective data segmentation and list building * Support MarCom team in event processes, including email sends, audience segmentation, list pulling and post-event list uploads with hand-off to sales for follow-up
Ideal Candidate
* 2-4 years of experience in a marketing operations / digital / analytics role * Experience working with paid media tools (Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads) * Experience working with tools that support websites such as Content Management Systems, Analytics and SEO tools (Wordpress, Google Analytics preferred) * Experience or strong interest in analyzing, interpreting and creating reports with strong spreadsheet, quantitative and forecasting skills * Love and thrive working in Marketing Automation tools (Marketo preferred) * Metrics-focused marketer who loves analyzing and understanding data to inform decisions * Emerging leader; Ability to think independently about a problem, create a project plan, take action and drive projects to completion * Highly organized, methodical and detail oriented * Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects (we are busy!) * Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with different business units
