Responsibilities

General Description:

C&W |Commerce Real Estate Solutions is currently recruiting for Brokerage Assistant in our Seattle, WA office. This position will plan, manage and direct all marketing and administrative duties for a team of brokers. The position is responsible for providing independent senior level support to brokers and requires knowledge/background in commercial real estate and a high capacity for independent judgment and initiative.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and create property tour packages
  • Create marketing proposals, presentations and other materials using Adobe Suites and PowerPoint
  • Collaborates with brokers to develop unique strategies and creative approaches on projects so that the written and artistic messages are successfully integrated and carry a consistent theme
  • Composes and proofreads correspondence using own initiative for brokers review and approval
  • Performs complex ad hoc projects as requested by the brokerage team
  • Turns ideas/ concepts into visual terms (graphs, charts, pictures)
Ideal Candidate
  • Degree in Marketing or Communications or relevant experience preferred
  • Customer service skills with ability to manage multiple projects and clients
  • Strong graphics and marketing background
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
