Summary
The Executive Compensation Analyst provides comprehensive compensation support for corporate officers globally and plays an integral role in preparing materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
* Provide compensation support for corporate officers globally including evaluating jobs, recommending appropriate pay levels, assisting in policy application, and helping to resolve compensation issues * Prepare officer compensation packages for new hires and internal promotions * Prepare materials for officers retiring or transitioning out of the company * Analyze and recommend retentive compensation actions * Assess market competitiveness of individual compensation as well as overall officer compensation programs ensuring both internal and external competitiveness * Assist in managing the Annual Performance and Rewards processes for officers including merit increases, incentive payouts, and annual stock awards * Assist with preparation of the Proxy and Compensation Committee materials * Conduct and participate in select compensation surveys * Provide support and play key roles in various compensation projects and initiatives as they arise * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelors degree required; Masters degree (MBA, MILR, or MAIR) preferred * Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) designation preferred * 3 – 4+ years of related work experience is required. * Superior skills in quantitative analysis with demonstrated ability to draw meaningful conclusions and present actionable insight * Advanced Excel proficiency (required) and Access capability (preferred) * Strong project and process management skills * Demonstrated ability to achieve results with a high level of accuracy and a strong attention to detail * Demonstrated integrity, sound judgement and discretion regarding the handling of highly confidential information * SAP HR and/or Workday knowledge including reporting skills preferred * Working knowledge of all MS Office applications including Word and PowerPoint * Experience collaborating across multiple areas (both inside and outside of HR) to ensure total results * Strong communication skills (both written and oral) * Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior leaders * Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects/priorities * Ability to adapt and change as work priorities shift * Motivated self-starter
