Summary
Responsible for the end to end staffing process for assigned function under general supervision. Builds and maintains relationships with candidates. Performs candidate pre-screens according to guidelines and makes recommendations to business partners. Maintain recruiting tracking databases for statistical analysis, and job postings for assigned function(s). 1+ years of related experience.
Responsibilities
* Manage full life cycle of recruiting process from specification through the employment offer * Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant skills and experience * Present qualified diverse candidate pool along with assessments and make hiring recommendations to managers * Develop and maintain candidate slates for current and future positions * Develop on-line talent communities to develop talent pipeline * Partner with Human Resources to create and present offers to internal and external candidates * Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to understand staffing and market needs * Leverage industry-specific partnerships for networking purposes * Execute staffing strategies that include but are not limited to enhancing diverse recruitment efforts and implement a plan to adhere to business and staffing team objectives * Conduct thorough recruitment needs assessments with hiring managers * Provide consultative, problem-solving support for challenging staffing needs * Maintain data and metrics to track candidates through the recruitment process * Provide insights on market trends, salaries, and strategies to hiring managers * Champion employment brand to potential candidates and market the company as an employer of choice * Educate candidates around the employment brand message, our vision and mission * Evaluate and identify areas within the current sourcing model to achieve efficiency and productivity * Manage multiple open requisitions at a time
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related degree required * 1-3 years of professional experience with full-life-cycle or college recruiting required * Experience in leveraging social media tools, such as LinkedIn, as a candidate identification and development tool preferred * Excellent knowledge of the internet, search engines, networking sites, job boards and industry associations/niche web sites * Ability to assess talent and make recommendations to the business * Ability to cultivate strong relationships, influence others at all levels, and drive change in a complex, matrix environment * Strong interpersonal, organizational, conflict management, administration, reasoning and decision making skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * High level of initiative and self-motivation * Demonstrated leadership skills * Very strong personal standards of ethics and integrity
