Summary
Peloton is currently seeking a bright, motivated professional interested in supporting the growth of Peloton. This individual will play an active role in various areas of the business, primarily focused on Human Resources, Operations, and Office Administration.
Responsibilities
**Human Resources** * Assist the team with candidate sourcing from a variety of platforms including Linkedin, Search Engines, Job Boards, Social Media and our internal ATS. * Work with the team to help establish proactive recruiting techniques including creating/building projects on Linkedin, utilizing excel and other platforms for recruiting lists. * Coordinating and scheduling interviews across all of our geographic locations. * Assist the team with the coordination and scheduling of onboarding sessions for new team members. * Provide general HR support to the team as needed. **Operations** * Support ongoing training to Peloton’s performance management platform and ensure team members are receiving project reviews at the conclusion of their projects. * Consolidate weekly project staffing requests to ensure visibility into new projects and the needed skillsets to support. **Office Administration** * Responsible for general office administration to the Boston office, which includes: general maintenance, supply purchasing, keeping the office orderly, greeting visitors upon their arrival, and managing security to the office.
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS Degree * 1-3 years of Administrative or HR support experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong work ethic with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively * Urgency in completing tasks and thoughtful attention to detail * Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast paced environment. * Team player with positive and proactive attitude * Skills/Experience in Microsoft Office technologies, such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint * Previous experience with sourcing/recruiting and human resource related activities is desired. * Previous experience with recruiting tools (job boards, Linkedin, Social Media) is helpful.
