- Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle: postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers and high-fiving new hires on their first day
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
- Write captivating job postings and build a clear, concise pitch for candidates
- Use creative sourcing techniques to find those elusive purple squirrels
- Provide great service to candidates and hiring managers; you want to make interviewing fun and effective
- Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and formulate plans to fill new roles
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology space
- Mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience preferred
- Experience sourcing candidates (not just on LinkedIn)
- Passionate about recruiting with an “own it” attitude; people can depend on you to get the job done
- Super organized and you believe that details matter
- Enthusiastic, likes-to-have-fun kind of a person and embraces humor
- Flexibility - you’re able to go with the flow and quickly change priorities when needed
