Recruiter - Entry Level

• Recruit, Attract, Evaluate/Interview, Place qualified candidates within our clients organizations
• Conduct job posting, searching/sourcing resumes, screening/identifying qualified candidate, presenting candidate to client, and managing the candidates through the entire hiring process
• Qualify candidates through recruiting calls a screening candidates for essential function/duties, work history, training, technical skills and salary requirements
• Facilitate the interview process for both client and candidates a walking them through each step from inception to presenting the final offer letter
• Attract highly qualified candidates by continually running descriptive job advertisements on job boards, Linked-in and other media outlets
• Maintain and upkeep of candidates files in the internal database
• Continually build and maintain a pipeline of talent to accommodate for current and future client demands
• Generating leads and market intelligence for our sales and new client development efforts

• Strong attitude, aptitude, passion and experience
• 0-3 years of sales/customer service experience - staffing industry experience is a plus
• Competitive, energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Proven track record
