Summary
The Sales Analyst will support the sales function in one of our Business Imaging Solutions Group Division product groups by providing Sales Quota report, various marketing/sales support materials like product information, competitor charts, flyer's, partner website contents and sales administration support activities. Primary responsibilities include analyzing sales compensation data, developing quota for the sales force and program promotion analysis.
Responsibilities
* Updates and tracks Sales Quota reports and assist to create and revise sales quota * Works with Marketing and Sales team to create various marketing materials like product matrix, CRG reference charts, product info charts, competitor charts, accessory charts * Update fliers and various price lists and brochures for marketing services. * Analyze various reports and create/propose sales support actions * New item set up-ex: Office Max, Office Depot , Best Buy, other major accounts. * Divisional administrative support * Process commission payments for the partners * Sales show/activities support - catalog reviews,send out materials, maintain Consumer Electronics Show (CES) schedule * Update the contents for our e-tailes partner. * Support requisition and AP batches for invoices and maintain supplies. * Budget/Product control support including order releasing and sales report.
Ideal Candidate
* This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or marketing, including specific course work in computer science. * Minimum of 3 – 5 years of progressive sales administration and / or sales channel support in a technical environment and content creation. * Must have good analytical ability and be resourceful in identifying problems and their causes. * Good oral and written communication skills are mandatory, as is the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels. * Should be computer literate and possess a good understanding of MS Office software, particularly Excel and Access and Photoshop
