Summary
The position is an integral role in partnering with the talent acqusition function throughout the america's region. This role will provide logistical support in relation to candidate experience, interview scheduling, new hire on boarding, applicant tracking management, and campus recruitment coordination.
Responsibilities
**Main Responsibilities (Essential Functions)** * Coordinate on-site interviews and manage the on-site interview process for all North America offices while adhering to Hiring Manager requests and Interview Team availability. * Run weekly recruiting reports for team and department leaders to help guide recruiting activity. * Arrange travel reservations and accommodations for all traveling interview candidates including those for flights, hotel, rental car, etc. * Assist in managing recruitment activity and candidate status through applicant tracking system. * Post positions internally and externally through our Career sites in compliance with governmental regulations. * Manage the building, planning, and execution of all on-site campus recruiting programs and events on the Human Resources Department's behalf. * Develop, plan, and execute recruiting events for our firms organizations to attract top targeted pipeline talent from external programming communities. * Provide positive and proactive front-line customer service to candidates and hiring managers by resolving questions and concerns and by providing requested information. * Execute special projects as assigned, such as arranging campus career fair commitments, ordering of promotional giveaways, and planning team exercises and events. **Enviornment (I.E. Degree Of Supervision / Independence; Creativity / Following Procedures)** Moderate to high level of independence/creativity. Must be detail orienated and accountable for compliance. **Scope** * Individual Contributor * Moderate to high level of independence. Minimal budgetary supervision.
Ideal Candidate
**Position Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree and/or minimum 2 years work experience within Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition * Exceptional written and communication skills * Ability to interact with a professional demeanor at all times with all levels of management, HR professionals, and other members of the organization * Great attention to detail and masterful organization skills required * Strong project management skills * Experience working in a fast-paced environment and proof of adaptability to changing processes and work flows * Proficient within Microsoft Suite, specifically with Outlook, Excel, and Power Point. * Previous history of working within an applicant tracking system **Physical Demands** * The ability to lift up to 25lbs as needed
