As a member of the Business leadership team, there is significant demand to coach and advise managers to achieve outstanding people outcomes. Pushing the thinking to identify creative and innovative solutions is paramount to success in the role. Working closely with Compensation, People Operations and Talent Acquisition, this role will provide “roll-up your sleeves support” for a full range of activities including mobility, compensation/title consulting, leave/disability management and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
* Crafting and deliver key talent strategies to the business * Partner with managers and leaders to identify and address organization and talent challenges * Coach key leaders in their role and their own professional development/effectiveness * Outline and execute organization change and development opportunities to keep pace with business evolution * Understand business model, goals and priorities to best advise on workforce planning and organizational structure * Facilitate in the delivery and understanding of feedback from 360 and engagement surveys
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS degree required with advance degree or certifications preferred * 8+ years HR Relationship Management experience in a global, matrixed, innovative and fast-paced environment * Experience with technology or engineering teams/organization desired * Strong relationship and problem solving skills * Proven ability to manage projects from inception, to content development to execution. * Effective working across teams and regions * Experience with core HR functions including compensation, recruiting, talent management, employee relations and mobility * Knowledge of Mac or windows applications as well as exposure to HR-related systems **More about you:** * You are passionate about a culture of learning and teaching.
