Summary
We are seeking an organized, motivated individual to join our team. The Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Director will provide strategic leadership, support, advocacy and vision for the enterprise talent acquisition team. This position will ensure best practice full cycle recruitment and compensation processes and systems are in place to support enterprise talent needs (front line to senior level) and partner with HR Director peers to develop engagement strategies and programs to attract, retain, promote, and develop/grow talent in the larger organization. Priorities include developing strong business relationships across the enterprise and participating in human resource projects to drive and support HR initiatives. In addition, the Human Resources/Talent Acquisitions Director will possess knowledge and experience to provide leadership and guidance across the HR operation (HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and Employee Relations) and be well versed in federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
Responsibilities
* Hire, develop, and performance manage recruitment team. Manage and continuously improve how subordinate recruiters execute on the full cycle recruiting establishing goals and metrics for recruiters to evaluate performance. * Ensures distribution of workload and attention to critical needs as well as develop strategies for new business initiatives. * Participates in organizational strategic planning. * Service as a business partner with leaders to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in client satisfaction. * Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring. * Manage and maintain job descriptions in compliance with FLSA regulations. * Create and maintain environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity, and competitive advantage in support of the company’s diversity and inclusion strategic plan. * Build and conduct presentations and training including guides * Ensure that organization-wide talent management and project management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness. * Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual and intern personnel. Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.). Complete hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start. * Develop appropriate marketing strategies, define roles and responsibilities of hiring team, and develop service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment life-cycle while minimizing cost-per-hire. * Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. * Selection and project management of vendors and lead in development, testing, and implementation of new systems including but not limited to Background Vendor, Applicant Tracking Systems, On-boarding systems, and other recruiting related systems.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree required. Masters preferred. * 7+ years in a corporate Human Resources organization providing Talent Acquisition/Recruiting leadership. Cross-functional HR operations experience also required. * Proficient with utilizing recruitment oriented software such as HRIS and ATS applications required; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. * Proven track record of strategic sourcing for senior level positions * Excellent fill rate (from requisition to offer) and retention statistics * Ability to be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities. * Able to think quickly, assess a situation and make a sound decision. * Solid critical thinking and problem solving skills. * Assertive, self-directed; able to work without supervision. * Ability to perform job with integrity and values consistent with the Numotion Mission.
