Consolidated Investment Group, a premier investment management company comprising of more than $1 billion in assets with an extraordinary record of success and a reputation for collaboration and partnership and a history of finding opportunities is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to join our team and promote our culture. The Sr. HR Generalist will be responsible for driving best HR practices across the company including a focus on our private equity portfolio food manufacturing companies.
- Will work on and provide leadership for projects and programs that affect other manufacturing facilities within the CIG private equity portfolio as well as corporate driven initiatives.
- Responsibilities include employee relations, talent management, talent acquisition, compliance, organizational development, organizational change management, and compensation and benefits including HRIS
- Proactively work with leadership in the following areas to drive talent management as a key priority; deploy the talent management philosophy; facilitates effective recruitment and selection, processes and tools for local hiring; ensure designated key positions have potential successors and next steps for development; performance management; feedback/transparency, analyze turnover trends and pipeline plans.
- Work with / Leads the local HR Team in Denver to ensure that all HR administrative functions including payroll processing, new hire paperwork, personnel file maintenance, AAP, etc., are handled in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner.
- Assures compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and corporate policies/guidelines and identifies opportunities to develop and implement new practices/guidelines to achieve business goals.
- Manages team member relations and assists in resolving issues including conducting investigations, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions to ensure consistent policy applications and legal compliance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

10 years’ human resource experience is required

- Manufacturing experience is required
- Bilingual in Spanish Is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field
- PMP, SHRM, PHR, or SPHR preferred
