Director for Human Resources

The Director, Human Resources works with business leaders and the HR team to develop and implement solutions to deliver business results. This position is a true generalist role and will be involved in projects that touch all aspects of HR such as employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent management, succession planning, performance management, talent acquisition and learning and development.

* Assist with developing and implementing HR strategy to support the business strategy. * Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies necessary to drive results. * Work with business leaders and talent management to drive programs and processes to attract, retain, and develop talent and identify skill gaps. * Manage and lead HR projects as assigned. * Develop HR communications to ensure key messages are communicated to the organization and support a culture of collaboration. * Manage HR vendor relationships, as needed. * Resolve confidential and sensitive situations and issues of a complex nature. * Work with legal to effectively manage and bring to resolution to employee relations, VISA, and other employee related issue. * Incorporate change management strategies into communication and training initiatives.

* Bachelor’s degree in related field, with Master’s degree a plus. * 10+ years of HR generalist experience. * Proven ability to work with senior business leaders and effectively partner to drive business solutions. * Experience working in a global organization. * Strong business acumen. * Excellent verbal and communication skills.
