Summary
The primary purpose of the job is to: Under general supervision, performs clerical, administrative, and general office duties requiring basic skills and experience.
Responsibilities
* Have a working knowledge of company policies and procedures * Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports * Assist with BCP planning and coordination * Assist with Budget planning * Serve as the department's go to person for procurement items * Pay bills and process invoices in a timely manner * Assist employees with travel planning and expense reporting as needed * Assist with event / meeting coordination * Maintain critical department information such as contact info and organizational charts * Serve as department liaison with other Amarillo based AIG businesses * Additional work as assigned by management
Ideal Candidate
* Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work with clients / vendors to resolve issues effectively * Proficiency for research and problem solving * A working knowledge of computers and applications (e.g., Windows, Internet Explorer, etc.) * The ability to process high volumes of work while maintaining high quality * Excellent organizational skills * Ability to multi-task * Flexibility
