The primary purpose of the job is to: Under general supervision, performs clerical, administrative, and general office duties requiring basic skills and experience.
- Have a working knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Assist with BCP planning and coordination
- Assist with Budget planning
- Serve as the department's go to person for procurement items
- Pay bills and process invoices in a timely manner
- Assist employees with travel planning and expense reporting as needed
- Assist with event / meeting coordination
- Maintain critical department information such as contact info and organizational charts
- Serve as department liaison with other Amarillo based AIG businesses
- Additional work as assigned by management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with clients / vendors to resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency for research and problem solving
- A working knowledge of computers and applications (e.g., Windows, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- The ability to process high volumes of work while maintaining high quality
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Flexibility
