Summary
As an Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant, you’ll be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and supportive duties, mainly supporting the Operations and Senior Leadership teams to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of our offices and the organization at large. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented thinker who is energetic and a firm believer in our mission and values. The ideal candidate is a natural self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is enjoyable to be around, up for any challenge, and enthusiastic about finding the best solutions to those challenges.
Responsibilities
* Assist CEO and other members of the Senior Leadership Team with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative needs * Manage office facility as needed, including: greeting visitors, coordinating mail/shipments, ordering food and office supplies, coordinating events and logistics, maintaining common spaces, etc. * Provide assistance to the Operations team on systems * Actively find creative ways to encourage company culture and growth * Assist with other projects and reporting as needed
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience * 1-2+ years of experience in an administrative or support-based role, preferably in a startup environment * Excellent organizational skills * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills * High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability * Passion for working in a dynamic and growing, entrepreneurial environment * Proficiency in computer skills and MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Positive attitude, sense of humor, honesty, and enthusiasm a must!
