Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal customers to establish and maintain metrics for cost savings, integration-related activities, process improvement, portfolio performance, and management reporting
  • Generate complex financial models in support of strategic and tactical projects and transactions
  • Assist with long-range portfolio planning and forecasting process and system
  • Assist with the annual capital planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Review and analyze monthly financial results, including detailed variance analyses and identification of risks and opportunities
  • Prepare deliverables for executives in both Excel and PowerPoint for various purposes, including metro studies, business reviews, cash forecasting, and quarterly earnings call preparation
  • Develop work plans, project plans, tracking worksheets, and reports for key initiatives
  • Perform ad-hoc strategic and financial analyses and research assignments related to corporate finance special projects
Ideal Candidate
  • Solid understanding of key financial concepts, including time value of money, IRR, NPV, and ROI; ability to apply this knowledge to complex transaction modeling of fully integrated financial statements
  • Demonstrated high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with complex spreadsheets
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data, including financial statement analysis
  • Ability to gather, synthesize, and analyze large amounts of data and communicate relevant findings
  • Demonstrated analytical approach to problem solving with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills – ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Consultative, service-oriented mindset
  • Outstanding oral communication, written, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics
  • Basic understanding of financial accounting and management accounting concepts
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, consulting, strategic planning, or real estate
  • Local candidates preferred
  • MBA or CPA a plus
