Summary
We are looking for an energetic Product Line Manager to drive the overall business success of our industry leading Spartan and Artix class FPGA products. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who will be responsible for driving the go-to market success of our high volume FPGA products.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include managing all aspects of new product introduction both internally with all factory stakeholders and externally by interfacing directly with customers and sales teams worldwide. This individual possesses unwavering customer focus, critical thinking capabilities, and excellent communication skills both written and oral. Sound business judgment and the ability to work as part of a high performance team in a fast paced environment with multiple cross-functional teams are critical for success. This position will include some travel.
Ideal Candidate
* BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with a minimum of 7+ years semiconductor experience and 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in the semiconductor industry, with a proven track record, MBA would be a plus * Ability to work in a fast paced environment as part of a world class high performance team * A passion for winning and achieving challenging revenue, design win and market share targets * Experience in product positioning, value messaging, launching and go-to-market planning * Experience defining market requirements and involvement in product planning * Experience managing demand creation and lead generation activities * Experience developing requirements, marketing collateral, training content * Experience with SoCs would be a plus * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral * Excellent customer interface skills
