Summary
GLOBALFOUNDRIES is seeking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager, Product Manager with strong Analog & Power process technology and business knowledge background. In this high visibility role, reporting to Sr. Director, Analog-Power Product Line Management, you will be responsible for driving the business results of the complete portfolio of HV and Analog-Power (BCD) product offerings across our technology platforms. You will be the key GLOBALFOUNDRIES interface to customers and partners and collaborate closely with Product Management, Technology Development, Design Enablement and Sales teams. You will drive business case planning, development and approval, go-to-market collateral development, customer engagement on product line DWIN, standard costing, and asset utilization methodologies. The role should strive to optimize the business and engineering effectiveness, while delivering the product on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities
* Will be a member of the Product Line Management organization, responsible for management of GLOBALFOUNDRIES’ Analog-Power product line, as an individual contributor. * Be the primary interface to customers for the Analog-Power products. Customer alignment on product offering definition and development. * Be the responsible and accountable individual for the product business plan, program planning and execution. * Drive program reviews and track milestones. * Coordination with Design Enablement/TD/fabs and customers to plan and execute new product offerings. Ensure effective communication across the internal and external project stakeholders. * Collaborate and interface with Program Management teams in the company on best practices and methodologies. * Build and employ systems to process and manage customer engagement with marketing collateral, sales materials, etc. * Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Ideal Candidate
**Required Qualifications:** * BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related fields. * Three years of experience in Analog-Power/BCD and HV semiconductor marketing, product management, and sales with five years of experience in Mixed-signal, BCD or HV processing technologies, in the position of technology development, fab operation, or foundry interface. **Additional Eligibility Qualifications:** * An offer of employment with GLOBALFOUNDRIES is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen, as applicable, and subject to applicable laws and regulations. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master’s/PhD preferred. * Knowledge of Semiconductor production, design fundamentals, industry landscape and trends, and basic financial analysis. * Proven track record in delivering quality deliverables on-time with global development teams. * Experience driving business planning processes and successfully managing customer focused programs. * Subject matter expertise in Analog-Power/BCD and HV technology, applications and system-level solutions. Technical knowledge and ability to engage with technical experts internally and externally. * Analog, High-Voltage, BCD power technology development experience, from process definition to technology process release. * Specific knowledge and experience in Analog-Power integrated circuits design, applications and markets. * Experience working in foundry interface role, either at IDM/fabless or at foundry. * Demonstrated success in the leadership of cross-functional technical and business teams. * Excellent communication and organization skills, the ability to effectively influence without authority, and to take initiative while inspiring others to deliver high-quality results. * Understands how to market to large global customers as well as smaller emerging ones.
