Director of Research

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years conducting in-field research, can spot patterns and trends in the data and know how to sift through the noise in order to pull out the most important insights. This person is a natural leader, efficient, personable, a good listener and keen observer of their surroundings.

* Responsible for managing our existing research team * Responsible for developing strategic relationships with new and existing clients * Demonstrated ability to plan, lead and participate in multiple projects * Have substantial experience in healthcare projects

* 8+ years of professional experience in design research, service design, ethnographic research and analysis/synthesis methods * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong presentation ability (visual and oral) * Excellent organizational skills (project planning & execution) * Excellent management skills * Good executive team player with strong character traits (honest, loyal, passionate, committed)
