Assisting in maintaining our social media channels by monitoring/responding to ongoing conversations and creating and posting content in response, in order to foster positive engagement and add value to the community member’s experience

Writing fresh, engaging content on a daily basis, getting to know the communities on each platform and being the face and voice of the brand

Monitoring comments in a quick and timely manner with the ability to identify trends, influencers as well as spot warning signs / potential crises

Identifying through research and social tools the most active and relevant fans/followers of our brand to develop relationships

Summarizing insights and conversations to create actionable, operational reports that lead to optimization and efficiency in performance

Preparing reports for internal stakeholders on social media trends and themes

Supporting organic growth programs

1+ years of experience in social media, online marketing or advertising

You’re a storyteller: you have writing chops and love to write a good tweet. Our community loves to hear from us and you’ll be our voice to them!

You <3 #social, you ARE #social. You use the platforms daily, you keep up with the changes on them and you know when to use which platform.

You’re left brained (analytical) and right brained (creative).

You’ve refined your social stalking skills- aka you have experience with social monitoring and publishing tools. (ie. Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Spreadfast, Radian6 etc.)

You’re an adrenaline junkie- tight deadlines have got nothing on you!

You’re a firm believer that teamwork makes the dream work.
