Summary
We are seeking someone who is a self starter with attention to detail. WeWork is growing fast and needs help keeping up! You’ll use our proprietary billing system to complete the billing, payment and collections process. Interaction with internal and external customers is key.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for performing billing and collections for multiple WeWork locations * Ability to stay organized and complete all set tasks independently * Proven ability to communicate effectively via email and phone with internal and external clients * Dynamic candidate who can pick up tasks and software quickly, and asks good questions * Proven ability to review invoices and payments on accounts and demonstrate good judgement in resolving discrepancies
Ideal Candidate
