Summary
The Email Marketing Specialist is a key contributor to the Vantiv Marketing team. The specialist will be responsible for developing highly effective marketing programs that drive top of the funnel growth, nurture leads and drive engagement with current customers. You will work closely with channel marketing managers, designers and copywriters to deliver creative marketing campaigns which drives business growth through new customer acquisition capitalizing on opportunities to raise brand awareness, and increase market share of Vantiv solutions in the marketplace. We want you to understand the right nurture tracks to provide incremental value and nudge our leads towards a sale in a way that feels human and still converts. We also need you to understand the right types of content to send to the right people at the right time, both for lead nurturing and to boost the sharing and forwarding of our content-driven emails. Responsibilities
* Develop, deploy, and analyze demand generation campaigns in a variety of inbound and outbound marketing channels including search engine marketing, email marketing, lead nurture programs, etc. * Build various email campaigns, including placing the imagery, calls-to-action, and content. * Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.). * Seek ways to continually improve team collaboration, workflow, and project processes * Work with the necessary teams to define success metrics pre-campaign and recap campaign performance, as well as to share reporting with all stakeholders * Strategize with internal stakeholders on marketing and campaign plans against measurable goals and objectives. * Maintain knowledge of current trends and digital marketing strategies as they evolve and apply to maintain relevancy and best practices approach.
Ideal Candidate
**What You'll Need to be Successful:** * Bachelor's degree in related field with 3-5 years of demand generation, and digital campaign development experience. * Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM systems. * Knowledge of Marketo (Or another similar Marketing Automation tool), Salesforce, and other Digital Marketing ecosystem tools such as Mintigo, and Kapost. * Excellent HTML, CSS and digital design skills. * Superior prioritization, workload balancing, assessment, time management, organization, and the ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of individual work styles. * Knowledge of best practices in B2B demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion and nurturing programs. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills as well as Adobe Creative Suite applications.
