Responsibilities
* Expand and enhance inbound lead attribution, lead instrumentation, and marketing automation. * Define and implement segmentation for the leads database. * Create and execute drip nurture campaigns for database segments. * Plan and oversee email marketing campaigns. * Track lead generation, customer acquisition sources and program spend. * Analyze ROI of marketing programs and customer conversion. * Institute high-level monthly and quarterly marketing performance reporting. * Plan and perform data quality enhancements. * Evaluate and implement additional analytic tools as needed. * Measure what works, what doesn’t, and improve!
Ideal Candidate
* A Bachelor’s Degree from a top university. * 2+ years experience in a marketing/sales operations role. * Extensive previous experience with marketing automation tools like Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua or HubSpot. * Strong analytical abilities and a comfort with Excel. * Detail oriented. * Self-starter and thrive in a dynamic environments. * You want to be part of something big and learn as much as you can in the process. **Bonus Points:** * A strong interest in technology. * Experience with Salesforce or another CRM. * Previous experience with business intelligence platforms.
