- Expand and enhance inbound lead attribution, lead instrumentation, and marketing automation.
- Define and implement segmentation for the leads database.
- Create and execute drip nurture campaigns for database segments.
- Plan and oversee email marketing campaigns.
- Track lead generation, customer acquisition sources and program spend.
- Analyze ROI of marketing programs and customer conversion.
- Institute high-level monthly and quarterly marketing performance reporting.
- Plan and perform data quality enhancements.
- Evaluate and implement additional analytic tools as needed.
- Measure what works, what doesn’t, and improve!
- A Bachelor’s Degree from a top university.
- 2+ years experience in a marketing/sales operations role.
- Extensive previous experience with marketing automation tools like Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical abilities and a comfort with Excel.
- Detail oriented.
- Self-starter and thrive in a dynamic environments.
- You want to be part of something big and learn as much as you can in the process.
Bonus Points:
- A strong interest in technology.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
- Previous experience with business intelligence platforms.
