Summary
AlphaSights, regularly ranked as one of the world’s fastest growing companies, is looking for a technically proficient, digital marketing specialist to lead hands-on digital marketing project execution for a range of audiences. Activities include developing our prominence online through SEO and search optimisation, social media management, email marketing, and web analytics. Joining the company’s global marketing function, your primary focus will be to build AlphaSights brand awareness and presence digitally, through a range of marketing programmes and campaigns. You will bring an up to date understanding of digital marketing best practices to AlphaSights and apply them across various, diverse campaigns. The role presents the opportunity to make a global impact on the organisation, start from a blank slate, and build something unique with a strong support infrastructure from the firm’s senior leadership and the wider business.
Responsibilities
* Devise and execute a digital marketing plan for AlphaSights, focused on increasing brand awareness, talent attraction and driving our business development efforts * Armed with an understanding of SEO and SEM, improve AlphaSights web reputation on key search platforms * Set the web analytics strategy, ensuring optimum tools are used, in line with business requirements * Ensure all online marketing activities are tracked, automated and mechanised * Generate reports on effectiveness of campaigns using CRM data * Analyse data and respond to requirements based on report data * Grow to become the in-house expert and first point of contact on our digital marketing system and its functionality
Ideal Candidate
* 18 to 24 months experience in digital marketing, ideally with B2B familiarity * Experience with CRM software (Salesforce), basic HTML, Adobe Photoshop, email tools and campaign building * Command of marketing automation and web analytic tools (Pardot, Optimizely, Marketo, Hubspot, Clicktale, Mixpanel et al.) * Command of SQL analytics and other data analytic skills is desirable but not essential * High energy, ambitious and ability to take the initiative * Proven analytic skills and ability to communicate with the wider business * and independent mind * Enjoys collaboratively working closely in a diverse, young team to achieve desired outcomes
