Director of Demand Gen Marketing

Our Head of Marketing is looking for a right-hand man/woman to assist the team in all aspects of demand gen marketing. We need someone who is an expert in all aspects of marketing, including but not limited to content, partner marketing, demand gen, lead gen, branding, events. If any of these sound foreign, this may not be the role for you.

• Work directly with the Head of Marketing in all functions of the demand generation team; project manage cross channel efforts within marketing
• Reports- do monthly business review reports, lead management pipeline, GA, Facebook campaigns, Ad campaigns
• Own and optimize paid channels- sponsored emails, PPC, Facebook ads
• Other projects as needed

• 3+ years of experience working in and directly impacting the marketing functions of a tech/software/SaaS company
• Understand best practices re: customer acquisition, lead generation, content, SEM, SEO, Facebook advertising, email marketing, etc
• Marketo (or any marketing automation system), Salesforce, Google Analytics a must. HTML, CSS, and SQL preferred
• Problem solver, technical and analytical mindset
• You don’t dream of managing people, being strategic, or reading blog articles all day instead of getting your hands dirty; there will be no hand-holding here
• You are not an asshole
