Summary
This position develops and supports the tools to successfully implement and sustain enterprise HR programs, processes and the HR knowledgebase. In addition, this position proactively identifies trends and issues and recommends process, system and article improvements. Monitors compliance with existing HR programs through various audit reports and summarizes findings and recommendations for management. Acts as the liaison between HR Operations, Shared Services and key HR Programs’ vendors and systems to provide access and training, create efficiencies and improve utilization amongst users.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for ensuring that HR Programs’ tools, documentation and work processes are up-to-date, accessible to HR and accurate. Develops, designs, prepares, evaluates and implements tools, processes and documentation to ensure continuity, consistency and compliance are maintained. Partners with HR teams to ensure that the tools, processes and procedures support the needs of the business. * Partner and collaborate across HR teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of knowledgebase articles. * Responsible for content management within the knowledgebase (KB) system including working across HR teams to facilitate new content deployment, using data to recommend new articles or article changes, ensuring adherence to KB styles and standards and content maintenance. * Maintain current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws regarding human resources. Support organizational compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory agencies.
Ideal Candidate
**Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred * 3 years in Human Resources or Content Management with HR Space preferred * PHR preferred * Microsoft applications, Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills * English required * Ability to author knowledge base articles and adhere to clarity, usability and readability guidelines * Ability to edit written documentation for style, grammar, clarity, usability and readability * Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and regulations * Understanding of basic project management principles * Attention to detail * Time management **Preferred Skills:** * Familiarity with ServiceNow case management and knowledgebase software * HR analytics, report design, manipulation and interpretation * PeopleSoft HRMS * Budget maintenance
