Summary
As an experienced Sales Compensation Analyst you will be an integral partner in managing the day-to-day affairs of Twilio’s sales compensation which include annual and new hire plan and quota distribution, quarterly sales compensation attainment and earnings calculations and reporting, annual sales compensation plan design, plan exception administration, regular commissions accrual calculations, ad hoc sales performance reporting, and general interaction with Sales and Sale Leadership.
Responsibilities
* Process quarterly sales compensation earnings/incentives. * Manage Plan and Quota distribution. * Develop and maintain sales compensation calculators and statements for use by sales team and throughout quarterly sales compensation earnings process. * Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity between systems and tools. * Assist in annual sales compensation plan development process and supporting tool/systems setup. * Manage weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly sales compensation exceptions process. * Assist in regular sales compensation performance reporting efforts. * Act as conduit for Plan and Earnings communication to the sales team. * Prepare quarterly sales compensation accruals for Finance.
Ideal Candidate
**Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field. * 2+ years in sales compensation, accounting or finance, with a focus on sales incentive plan. * Experience working with large, disparate data sets. * Experience working with SalesForce.com. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Strong analytics skills. * Knowledge of sales incentive programs (Xactly, Callidus, Varicent), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Keynote) * Mid-level SQL background **The ideal candidate:** * Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments and administering complex programs. * Self-starter, initiator, willing to try different approaches to solve a problem. * Intellectually curious and rigorous. High standards for quality of work. * Curious and informed.
