The Senior Revenue Accounting Analyst is an integral member of Lithium’s Accounting and Finance team and reports to the Revenue Accounting Manager. This highly visible position will be a key resource in supporting the Company’s growth and ensuring accurate revenue recognition and reporting. As part of their core responsibilities, this individual will have exposure to work cross functionally across the organization, including Order Management, FP&A, Business Systems, Sales, Deal Desk, Legal and Marketing. * Report under Revenue Accounting Manager * Assist Order to Cash (“OTC”) team with Finance review of service order requests to ensure compliance with all corporate accounting and finance policies * Maintain and manage customer provisioning and access to product offerings (revenue control) by partnering with the technical operations team as needed * Assist Revenue Manager with review of revenue contracts to ensure compliance with the Company’s revenue recognition policies (including US GAAP). * Assist Revenue Manager with implementing the new revenue recognition standard (ASC 606) * Assist Revenue manager with establishing and maintaining fair value documentation (BESP) * Take part in key monthly and quarterly revenue close procedures, including preparation of revenue journal entries, reconciliations of revenue, deferred revenue and other accounts associated with revenue streams * Work with Revenue Manager to design and implement effective controls and processes (“SOX-like” quality) for month-end reporting * Partner with sales, legal and deal desk to ensure optimal revenue recognition terms for sales orders as well as assist with ad-hoc requests as needed * Assist Revenue manager with identifying and implementing automation (into NetSuite) of recurring functions in the revenue process * Assist with preparation and execution of quarterly/annual audit requests * Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures and controls * Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and customer metrics reporting * Identify opportunities to improve current processes within the Order to Cash cycle * Obtain a working understanding of the commissions process and related financial systems * Partner with Commissions Analyst on a day-to-day basis to understand cross-functional efficiencies and processes * Assist with ad-hoc OTC projects as necessary

* Degree in accounting or finance * CPA or CPA track preferred * 4+ years accounting experience (preferably with Big 4 , Hi-Tech or SaaS company) * Strong working knowledge of US GAAP (including Multiple Element Arrangements: ASC 605-25) and ability to drive resolution of technical accounting issues * Experience with revenue accounting close processes and procedures preferred * Ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees and management (verbal, email, correspondence) * Ability to mine, manipulate and analyze large quantities of data (Excel, Access, SQL) * Strong financial systems background (preferably NetSuite, Salesforce.com) * Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to effectively interact with multiple functional departments * Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines * Strong time management and organizational skills
