Summary
Manager Product Marketing Supporting the appropriate positioning strategy for solutions and executing marketing plans and processes. Collaborating with key stakeholders to support value propositions and translating into market messaging to enhance the TriZetto brand in the provider market and hospital/health system markets. Tracking and reporting on all marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Participating in strategic planning for the entire Solution's team. - Developing and managing end-to-end solution marketing for our provider solutions, which include both software products and consulting and outsourced services. - Respsonsible for developing and launching lead-generating programs and campaigns. - Acting as a solution liaison and working in conjunction with segment marketing leads to develop and manage execution of comprehensive market segment plans. - Working with digital marketing and marketing communications to direct and manage day-to-day operational activities related to campaign execution, management and reporting . - Defining TriZetto's event strategy for specific solutions in conjunction with the rest of the marketing plan. - Supporting new solution offers development and packaging. Must understand key personas in hospital and health systems market in particular.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in a marketing or communications related discipline. Master's degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree. - Minimum of three years' related experience in marketing to the payer and provider industry. - Strong understanding of healthcare industry preferred. - Strong negotiation, problem management and relationship management skills. - Strong project management and copy-writing skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Strong presentation skills. - Working knowledge of SalesForce.com or other CRM tools. - Working knowledge of Pardot or other Marketing Automation solutions. - Limited travel.
