Summary
The Global Digital Marketing Specialist will primarily be responsible for supporting the global websites – with particular focus on supporting the use of the websites, page creation, website analytics and search engine optimization. Additional responsibilities will also extend to the support of other digital marketing activity and tools, including email marketing, marketing automation, digital portal updates, tablet and mobile sales enablement tools and social media as needed.
Responsibilities
**Business** * Support the design, development and deployment of high quality and engaging experiences on the websites * Implementation and day-to-day management of ongoing metrics and analysis programs * Support the measurable conversion model by working to integrate other data sources, including CRM and sales data to build insight into customer behavior and needs * Lead the paid and natural SEO program to optimize reach and best practice search techniques * Support marketers around the world in the day-to-day use of webinar, social media, email, sales enablement and other tools to meet measurable objectives * Support and maintain internal portal tools to ensure teams can access best practice tools, templates and tutorials to better execute digital campaigns **Agility and Innovation** * Working under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Global Digital Marketing to support a digital change management program to ensure digital channels are considered/adopted before more traditional channels as part of the global DIGITALFIRST program * Support the global agency and Content and Campaign Specialist in the deployment of digital campaigns to support IMC programs including landing pages, webinars and associated digital activities **Relationships and people** * Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to deliver digital projects and campaigns on time and within budget * Work as part of an international team to support regional and global teams in the delivery of major projects * Drive the use of internal portals and resources to provide best practice guidance to regional and global teams
Ideal Candidate
**Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, PR or other related fields * 3-5 years’ experience building websites and marketing communications, preferably within a B2B environment * Experience working with both portal and Content Management Systems (CMS) as well as Adobe Experience Manager a plus * Experience with multi-channel digital communications including email, advertising and digital PR (experience in both transactional and content affiliation programs preferred) * Experience with digital metrics and analytical techniques and tools (Google Analytics, Eloqua, Silverpop and Adobe Analytics preferred); as well as extensive experience with search optimization and appropriate sites and tools (Google, Yahoo! and Baidu focus) * Experience with CRM tools (SFDC) and solutions and the integration of these tools with other sources of information in order to develop data driven insights (SalesForce.com preferred); as well as HTML5 and other digital technologies desired * Strong project management and presentation skills; as well as attention to detail * Proven ability to work effectively with diverse cultural backgrounds and digital capabilities; as well as international/global experience preferred * Flexible, responsive and works well on own initiative **Desired behavior, personal attributes, (Success Drivers and Competencies)** * Strong skills in digital marketing communications and interest in keeping up to date with the latest developments * Further develops the knowledge, understanding and competencies in digital marketing within the organization * Establishes high performance goals and standards * Appreciation of cultural nuance and a tactful, persuasive approach to international collaboration
