Summary
As an Administrative Assistant for the group, you will provide clerical andadministrative support to several team members (EVP, VP, Director, and Managerlevels) for the International US group and their respective teams. Inthis role you will routinely work with TransUnion International Leadership andits Executive Administrative office, collaborate with the other administrativeroles and work with sensitive and confidential information.
Responsibilities
* Schedule, coordinate, prepare, and set-up meetings from senior level management to executives and others in the international organization (i.e. product council, account reviews, etc.), including logistics for town halls that broadcast at a global level, off-site conferences and other tasks as needed. * Coordinate food and beverage requests for meetings and events * Provide general clerical, administrative, and support functions for the business unit (i.e. printing material, coordinating video conferences, packaging material for business reviews, etc.) * Coordinate customer/partner visits * Respond to daily International inquiries and execute on ad hoc requests and meeting logistics * Manage travel for those under the International Executive reporting line (i.e. domestic and international travel requests) * Manage internal technology/programs (i.e. share point sites)
Ideal Candidate
* High School diploma or equivalent. * 4-year college degree strongly preferred. * Proven ability to perform the overall duties and responsibilities of this position with minimal direction. This is typically shown through two (2) to four (4) years of experience. * Technical capabilities using MS Office or equivalent office productivity tools. * Experience composing a variety correspondence such as memorandums, letters, agendas, summaries, etc. in a clear and concise manner. * Must be able to proofread the work of supported staff and suggest changes when necessary. * Clear and articulate speech for interacting with others in person or while on the telephone. * Must be able to ask questions for assignments that are unclear or ambiguous. * Ability to complete assignments accurately and within the given deadlines by planning and managing work load while working on own or in a group environment.
