Summary
The Administrative Assistant III is an accomplished administrative assistant with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and who works independently under general direction. Must be capable to perform project-oriented tasks of a confidential, complex, and/or technical nature. This position reports to the VP of Converting and Polymer Solutions and will support 4-7 additional managers.
Responsibilities
* Manage simultaneous projects based on business need * Serve as the internal and external communicator to various constituencies. These include: * HBF managers/employees * external vendors and customers * Preparation of presentations. * Type documents and correspondence, and distribute adhering to our absolutes of quality. * Proofread typed material for grammatical, typographical or spelling errors. * Scheduling/System duties * Organize various internal and external meetings/conference calls/training, and compiling information for these meetings. * Prepare and review purchase requisitions in a timely manner * Work with the sales teams to assist in sales agents and new business reports. * Make travel arrangements, including international arrangements and visas. * Schedule interviewing and onboarding for candidates and new hires.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 5 years administrative or clerical experience (or equivalent gained externally). * Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook. * Experience with SharePoint. * Experience with MS Project is a plus. * Experience with arranging team travel, visa, and large group of meeting/workshop/training. * Demonstrated ability to prioritize numerous tasks and perform independently under general direction and light supervision. * Very strong organizational skills, including a demonstrated ability to manage to strict deadlines. * Willingness to work as a team player, demonstrating flexibility in adjusting to job requirements.
