Summary
Toyota Motor North America is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Body Weld Production Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Process safety/ TM (Team Member) ergonomics
- Dimensional accuracy, DPV and Direct Run Improvement
- Equipment refurbishment, reprocessing for OR improvement
- Ergo improvement through equipment installations/modification
- Quality improvement through equipment capability improvements
- Equipment Installation /Layout changes
- Leading and coordinating problem solving and recurrence prevention
- Ringi writing / business strategy development
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent Experience.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Project management experience.
- Experience using AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point, Access).
- Able to work up to 10-20% Overtime.
- Able to travel up to 10%.
- Automotive Manufacturing experience.
- Experience using Inventor, Catia, or I-grip.
- Welding experience (Work or College).
- Process Management experience (Work or College).
