Summary
The Honest Company is growing, and our Recruiting team is following suit! We’re looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to assist with all aspects of recruiting and hiring and to provide support for candidates at each stage of the recruiting process. As Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for the thousands of applicants who apply to Honest each month. You’ll work closely with Honest's hiring managers, interviewers, HR, and Recruiting to ensure a memorable and delightful experience for each applicant. If you're exceptionally organized, personable, and have prior experience within a recruiting team, we're looking for you!
Responsibilities
**What you’ll do:** * Coordinate phone screens, onsite interviews, travel and accommodation, and team calendars * Manage the interview process: act as a host for candidates, keep interviews on schedule, provide office tours * ?Manage job postings and maintenance of our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) * Assist in tracking all applicants and referrals * Compile monthly analytics reports of Recruiting team metrics * ?Provide administrative support as needed

You will enthusiastically take on other assignments as needed to support your team! **What you’ll need:** * Bachelor's degree * 1+ years of full time experience in a recruiting environment * Outstanding interpersonal skills - you must be a people person! * Ability to handle confidential information carefully and professionally * Strong written and oral communication skills * ?Exceptional attention to detail and impressive organizational skills * Quantitative, analytical mindset with strong Excel skills (Pivot tables experience a must!) * Exceptional relationship-building skills * Ability to manage multiple initiatives and responsibilities in parallel
