Summary
Our Recruiting team is a newly formed team in the Salt Lake area that will take our current leadership sourcing and recruiting initiatives to the next level. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with the Recruiting team to provide overall administrative support and process coordination with our hiring managers.
Responsibilities
* Partner closely with the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, act ing as the liaison between candidates and interviewers * Interface with the admin team to resolve any conflicts between interviews and other commitments * Provide hospitality, and ensure the interview day experience is seamless * Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process * Coordinate candidate’s travel arrangements ( air, hotel, etc.) as needed * Develop strong client and partner relationships (hiring managers, HRBPs, Recruiters) and maintain effective communication channels * Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires * Assist with administrative tasks such as offer letters, and conducting reference checks and new employee on-boarding * Assist with sourcing and review of candidates in * Additional support to the recruiting and HR team, as needed
Ideal Candidate
* 2 + years of work experience required * Prior recruiting or HR experience required * Strong organization skills and attention to detail * Strong communication skills – verbal and written * Desire to create a phenomenal great candidate experience * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities * Flexible to support changing business needs * Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems * Desire to develop recruiting skills
